On Friday, data from Baker Hughes Co. showed that the US oil drilling lowered last week despite the prices rally.
The oil drilling rig count fell by 2 units weekly to 443, ending the six weeks in a row of gains.
The reading would do little in alleviating the concerns regarding the US crude supply as at the Cushing, Oklahoma, oil hub, storage tanks are estimated to be at a critically low level in the upcoming weeks even when US WTI prices continue the rally nearing USD85/barrel for the first time in seven years.
