Oman LNG CEO Hamed al-Naamany said on Wednesday that its train 1 had returned to full capacity after outages. Al-Naamany also added that the company is conducting debottlenecking to boost its production capacity. Oman LNG operates three liquefaction trains with a combined nameplate capacity of 10.4 million tons/year. However, the company only produced 8.8 million tons/year in 2020 due to outages. Analysts expect the debottlenecking to help Oman LNG increase exports from 12 Bcm in 2020 to 14 Bcm in the coming five years.
